ARDEPRO has established the following personal information protection policy and constantly adheres to this policy in recognition of the importance of personal information and the need to comply with laws, regulations and standards of behavior concerning the protection of this information.

1. Fundamental policy

To execute its personal information protection policy, ARDEPRO has established a Personal Information Protection Committee that establishes internal rules and ensures that these rules are strictly observed by all ARDEPRO personnel (executives, employees, contract employees and others).

2. Disclosure of purpose for collecting personal information

I. ARDEPRO will state the purpose for collecting personal information. In addition, this information will be collected in a manner that is legal and fair.

II. ARDEPRO will state the required items concerning the purpose for collecting personal information when the information is received or by posting this statement on its Web site or other publicly accessible medium.

3. Adherence to purpose for collecting personal information

ARDEPRO will use personal information solely for the purpose that was stated when the information was collected.

4. Proper management of personal information

ARDEPRO will strictly comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information. Except in exceptional circumstances, personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties for a purpose that exceeds the stated purpose.

5. Provision of personal information to third parties

ARDEPRO will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individuals who provided the information. However, this restriction does not apply in cases where laws and ordinances permit the provision of this information to third parties or where information is provided to an outsourcing partner or other entity that is not defined as a third party by laws and regulations. In addition, when providing personal information to a third party, ARDEPRO will select parties that meet the necessary standards for personal information management and will adhere to rules concerning the protection of personal information.

6. Proper management of personal information

ARDEPRO has suitable safety measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access as well as to prevent losses, unauthorized alterations and leaks of this information. In addition, employees who handle personal information periodically attend seminars and training programs concerning the protection of this information to maintain a high level of awareness and skills.

7. Participation of individuals who submitted personal information

Requests from individuals to disclose, revise or perform other actions concerning their respective personal information will be immediately processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Ongoing initiatives

ARDEPRO will constantly work on personal information protection in order to respond quickly to technological progress and other changes in the operating environment.
